I am Sunil Kumar Yadav, I had purchased a laptop from Dell dealer shop, NESCO ( NETWORKING ELECTRONIC SYSTEM CO.) LUCKNOW, HI-TECH PLAZA, LALBAG on 26 march 2013, Model 6TM3NT1, 4050.I paid a large sum for this. But they still not updated warranty status. Lap top speaker not working properly. I contacted Dell Customer Care, and requested them to fix the problem but they said warranty not updated so we could not help, you should contact to the shop from, you purchased the item. I stucked in between from last one month. I am not getting any satisfactory answer regarding the same.
Kindly requested to solve the problem.

In this case I would recommend you to contact the dealer to update the warranty as dealer has the required tools to update the same, However if he is experiencing any issue while updating the same then ask him to contact the local MSD.
