Dell — Worst laptop, key borad and touch pad is not working. I am fed up with this laptop.

I bought dell laptop 3542 15 inch, from the day one i had touch pad issue, touch pad is not working and always hang. I complaint so many time to dell site, they called me and told me to install this driver and many more. Till yet my problem is not solved. . . I am totally irritated with the service
