Dear Sir,
I Jasminder Singh S/o.S. Harbhajan Singh am peaceful resident of H No.679, L.I.G, Sector-32, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana-141008(Punjab), I got help from DE Montreal recruitment abroad p ltd, sco 146-147, 1st floor sector-34A Chandigarh(UT)to proceed abroad.The said company demand the sum of rs.1, 50.000/-to get my visa for Malaysia(Work Permit).i paid sum of rs.20, 000/-on 23.05.2015 to madam radhika chhabbra and asked her to prepare my file.She told me that you have to pay the balance amount after getting the visa
They sent visa copy through mail 10.08.2016, madam swati and asked me to get visa and come with the balance amount .i went to their office on 11.08.2016 and paid the sum of rs.92, 000/- to madam swati.They ask to me deposit the sum of rs38, 000/- then they will handover my passport and ticket after 15 days, I deposited the sum of rs 38, 000/- in their account on 13.08.02016 in ICICI bank account no.[protected], DE Montreal Recruitment Abroad pvt Ltd, The visa was valid for three months but they never do something good for me during this period and not given me my ticket and visa, that after expiry three months visa they asked me that they cannot sent me Malaysia and suggested me to send Qatar They M.D of company Mr. Dhruv Sood (Mobile No.:+[protected] gave me the mobile no.+[protected] of yegnesh agnihotri and suggested me to discuss with the said person for getting visa of Qatar, After one month Mr. Yegnesh Agnihotri ask me that they cannot get visa for Qatar in my respect.In the month of December after refusing by Yegnesh Agnihotri .I got my passport from Roopam mobile no.+[protected] and after lapse of period nether the got visa for me not returned my amount,

Regarding this i submitted an application before S.S.P (UT)Sector-9 Chandigarh vide reference no .PW[protected] dated 06.04.2016, C1498/DSP South, Sector-34 dated 12.04.2016 with the intervention of presence of ASI Suresh Kumar the said person above ready to pay my amount of 1, 30, 000/- in 5 equal installments of 26, 000/- After that the said person paid me the sum of rs.26.000/-in cash on 14.05.2016, but after that he clearly refused me to pay my balance amount while asking that i will not pay the balance amount you can do what you can.

After 2 months i Submitted the Application again S.S.P(UT) sector-9 chandigarh vide reference no.PW[protected], dated 06.07.2016, C3034/DSP South 08.07.2016 sector-34, I was already not satisfied due to action taken by police authorities, Now i request your good self to give directions to the concerned department to take legal action against the above said company (persons)to meet the end of justice
