Den Networks — Complaint regarding payment | |
Hello, This is to inform you that that i am disappointed with your services.Actually I recently subscribed with den broadband and paid two months rent in advance of Rs.1964 via cheque (Chq no - 000006) in the name of my wife (Jasjeet Kaur), bank name - standard chartered bank.My internet services has been deactivated from last 10 days because they are saying that my cheque has been bounced but my account statement showing that money already left my account.I have already confirmed with my bank on the phone.I request you to investigate my account and get my internet services activated as soon as possible because i am loyal and paid my share towards the services.Please find attached the account statement of my wife which shows that amount of Rs.1964 has been taken from account to Den Networks Ltd. on 30th Jan'15.User id - Manpreet616Mobile - [protected]Address - 13/15 A, Ground Floor, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi - 110018 Was this information helpful? | |

has been deactivated from last 5 days because they are saying that my
payment not received but my account statement showing that money
already left my account.I have already confirmed with my bank on the
phone.I request you to investigate my account
and get my internet services activated as soon as possible because i am
loyal and paid my share towards the services.Please help me and i have complaint to customer care from last three days, when i call today to know the states of my previous complaint then she (Shweta) is telling that no any complaint is rgestered. I am very much upset to this company. Today i have got one complaint id that is (IS216868) from shweta customer care executive.
