Dena Bank — misbehavior of bank manager goregaon east branch | |||
Dear sir, with respect to the above named subject i have to inform you the following. 1) the bank has debited the bank charges of rs. 944/- on 1 october 2019 for non maintenance of minimum balance requirement of rs. 10, 000/-. 2) before merger the balance requirement of rs. 5, 000/- the same has been changed to 10, 000 and the same has not been communicated. 3) when i have informed the same to the bank manager he has not answered the same properly and misbehaved with me and also shouted on me and saying i will call police for interfering government work. 4) also when i was in the cabin he was misbehaving with the staff of bank uttering the word like donkey etc. 5) we request you to take the action against the same and also trained the manager to behave with customer with politeness as the customer are king in the market.
