When i have took this housing loan i have been asked to sign an document which says i will be getting an intreset rate of Base rate + 1 charges. This looks really an hight intrest even comparing private banks. for example now hdfc, axis bank charges only 9.45% while Dena bank charges me 10.50%. Also no response from bank if Im trying to change this option. Private bank atleast allow you to change these things when you really become aware of this. Please do ever go with this option and I think Dena bank not an best bank to relay with . they charges more intrest thought they say as nationized bank....

MY HOME BRANCH - DENA BANK, ADIPUR IFSC- BKDN0330169 ATM transaction for Rs 10000 was failed on 01/01/2016 at BOB ATM. the refund for the same is not credited .I tried Again and again and again... to contact the DENA BANK authority ... (I have all the records... Calls ..) NO result.. Please do needful Thank You....

Dear Sir/mam, Greetings of the day.. As per CIBIL status on dated 31/10/2015 my amount overdue is 4765. I had taken the bike loan and some of the amount i had not paid due to some financial crises, however i had paid all the remaining overdue amount in the month of DEC-2015. Dear All, I have a Home Loan from Dena Bank Loan Account no.091351023994 and I am a regular payee of my EMI. None of my EMI are bounced. But, when my nephew applied for a loan his loan got rejected stating I have a due of RS.12, 700/- ( loan EMI amount ) on my Home Loan an I am a Defaulter in CIBIL records. When enquired with the bank they asked to complain as there is no EMI due. Kindly resolve my issue at earliest. Hoping for a positive reply. Hello sir, I am Subrata Koner an account holder of your bank, borjora branch bankura dist. West Bengal. I open an savings account on 16/05/2015 but till now not receiving any letter for cheque book and ATM card. I personally visit your branch but your officers behave very rudely and told we have nothing to do, if you want you close your account, we have enough customer if one is gone no matter. Hello Sir, I have done transaction 20736 rupees on 7 May at Sony Center from swipe machine but it got failed and amount was deducted from my account and it also not transferred to Sony Center account. On next day i.e. on 8 May i have given complaint to bank at Amravati (camp) branch(Attached email below). From last 7 days I am calling Dena bank customer care at 18002336427. After had discussion with customer care they use to give me one number to call that is 02226767042 and I was trying this number everyday more than 25 times and no one responding on this number and many times number is busy...

Dear sir I have written this about to change primises of dena bank kutiyana branch and it's IFSC code is BKDN0310540 and I am it's loyal customer. Denabenk has small primises, parking problems, no locker facility and above all transaction in bank is a headache for customers. The pivotal problem is no separate senitation for ladies & gents. The primises is too small to sit, to walk, to work, and even for breath.
