[Resolved]  NSI Infinium Global Pvt Ltd — Defective product delivery

Sir, I had ordered a BSNL PENTA WS802C DC Tablet alongwith free accessorier i.e. PENTA KEYBOARD and 3D Glass from INFIBEAM ONLINE SHOPPING SITE(INFIBEAM.COM)(order No[protected] on 09 Mar 2013 and paid the amount Rs. 8499/- towards the product. The product delivered on 14 Mar 2013 by courier India ontime. The product was sent by the seller was defective sequencely I had informed the matter to their customer care executive on the next day at around 1100hrs i.e. on 15 Mar 2013 statng its defects. The customer care executive sent an e-mail for sent the product through ARAMEX COURIER and the date was fixed by them for return the product on 23 Mar 2013. But even after date fixed by the seller no one call me to pickup the defective product for return to seller. Finally I had sent an e-mail on 28 Mar 2013 to seller that nobody had contact me to pickup the product Can I sent through any courier and the courier charges will reimburse ? The seller INFIBEAM sent a reply email that you may sent the product through any courier and the courier charges will remburse once the product received in our warehouse (Order No[protected]RMA ID 10838). Subsequently I had sent the product BSNL PENTA WS802C DC through DTDC Courier vide AWB No X02507586 dated 29 Mar 13. The shipping cost is Rs. 660/-. The seller also sent an email stating that we will initiate the process to reship your item as soon as we receive the product and reimburse the courier charges. As per their customer care executive the product was received by them on 02 Apr 2013. After one week no one make a call/email regarding intimation of shipping the fresh product has sent. I had make a call continuously since 02 Apr 2013 regarding shipment of fresh product. For the making call to them I had spent around Rs. 70/- but till now neither received any positive reply nor intimation regarding shipping of product. On 08th Apr 2013 I had enquired the matter through their customer care executive around 1500h one executive said that shipping is not been initiated. Then I said that please transfer the call to your senior executive but the executive had make silent their phone and they not tranfer the call finally I disconnect the call. Thereafter no one call me till now. I again called on 11 Apr 2013 regarding enquiry of the same the picked up by Mr Ashish at around 1700hrs and said that the refund of the product has been credited to you. But as on date the cost of product is too much high i.e. Rs. 8867/- in thier own online store without freebies i.e. Penta Key Board. When I asked him to kindly transfer this call to his senior he disconnected the call. Thereafter I again call and then Mr Vijay attended the call and he told the same thing. The product cant be deliver to you, and then I request to transfer the call to his senior I am holding the call has been again disconnected. Again I call and Miss Prema attended the call and she straight way replied that the same product will not deliver to you. When I said that you are the final authority she says Yes, I am final authority. When I again said that one one is senior than you then finally shed said yes I will arrange call back to you within one or half hour. Sri, I am requesting you to kindly direct him to deliver same product to me at the earliest I donot want any refund as of now the cost of product is too high. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem please. Thankyou Sir.
