Sir/Madam i bought a mobile in nungambakkam univercell store on 31/july/2014.within in 15 days i got a speaker problem.i went to univercell they ask me to go service centre in tnagar.in tnagar service centre they said within 20 days u will get back ur mobile, after 20 days they say it will take a week.i visit directly service centre they ask me to wait 10 days.now today i called they ask me to wait more one week.they are not responsing properly.if i ask they say sir u have to wait we cant do anything.saying like this.i have attached my purchase bill & service centre bill.please do some needful thing to me.they gave me too much mental torture.
