[Resolved] Deprosys Technologies — No Proper Response from Deprosys Technologies about MTV Swipe Tablet | |||
I bought a MTV Swipe Slate from Flipkart and within 3 months its touch sensor stopped working. I gave my Tablet to Deprosys techonlogies [Phone:[protected]], No. 3, Anandhan Street, North Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai - 600017, through BigFix [Phone:[protected], [protected]]. Its been nearly two months, but they are not giving proper response. Then I called the main Swipe Office "[protected]" "Ashish picked my call" - shared my Tablet's issue and gave him my Jobsheet number [RVSRN1409DTS00201]. He told me, that my Job is already closed and ready to collect it from Service Center.. But when I contacted the Service Center "Deprosys Technologies", they said they are waiting for the spare part from the main Swipe Office. Why do they lie???? I need proper response... very worst service i ever seen any where. I had some problem with my power on button. I submitted my mobile to deprosys services on 29.08.2016 for sorting out the problem. Instead of clearing that problem they spoiled my display. When i come to know they spoiled my display i asked them to rectify it and then give it back to me. For the past one month they didn't rectify the problem and till now my mobile is there. I went to the mobile shop to claim my mobile back more that 6 times but till now the problem is not rectified and the service persons are not giving any proper reply. Till now i didn't get my charge sheet.

Simply said it's very worst service center better choose different service center
