My disbursement is kept on hold with a reason that DHFL is facing problems and not releasing loan amounts for anyone. It's been more than 90 days I'm stuck with this and on the other hand, the builder is charging me interest for the delay in payment. It's very disappointing from DHFLs end. First, they increased the interest rate from what was promised before taking a loan and not they are charging me pre-emi by not disbursing the complete amount. No point calling contact center as they have no power to resolve and inform you, all they say is contact your relationship/loan provider agent. The relationship manager says to call the contact center for info. I'm stuck between these guys. Disbursement is stopped but DHFL is very proactive to charge and deduct the Pre EMI from your bank account. It feels miserable by choosing DHFL. I'm amused how Mr. Shahrukh Khan endorses such a brand with no value to its customers. I had apply the home loan from dhfl at 18 lakh from 20 year. In dhfl it is crate the some issue, it was stopped the home loan service at Oct 2018, and it was committed to me your initial amount 2980 rs is refund after some day but its amount not refund . Pls suggest to me which procedure follow for refund my initial amount.

Hi Team,

Very disappointed with DHFL. Please let me know, when the money will be disbursed. I am getting multiple calls from builder everyday. I have send an email to [protected]@dhfl.com but they asked me to contact branch. When I went to Gurgaon branch, they asked me to send an e-mail to [protected]@dhfl.com

I was offered 8.70 rate of interest on my home loan and now I see 9.30 is my new rate of interest. You guys are not disbursing the amount but asking to customer to pay more on rate of interest. I am really stuck in between.

Do I have to send a request to PMO for help.
