Sir I am counsel for my client smt madhu Mishra w/O late Dinesh Mishra (deputy manager retail DHFL company bandra east Mumbai. On behalf my client send legal notices before mayuresh naik, deepak Singhand other oofficers of DHFL company by email.but they have no heed.brief fact my client husband smt madhu Mishra was posted in DHFL company. But unfortunately my client husband died on 22/11/2015 due cause of cancer. My client is only legal wife and heirs .in persuance the letter of Mr deepak Singh my client has submitted all relating documents do was needful.but till date the authority concerned of DHFL company has not released the funds amounts to my client. So kindly ensure may be released all funds amounts of my client husband forthwith so that justice may be done. Dr madhu Tandon advocate supreme Court and high court Allahabad ch no 19
