[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — inefficient team of dhfl

Dear Mr. CEO,
With highest regards and heavy heart I write this email to you..
You have the Worst Team under your leadership...
UNFORTUNATELY I own a home loan with DHFL (One of the worst Bank in Banking industry for customer)
I had avail a home loan one year ago with your so called customer friendly... (What rubbish) bank..
And the Nightmare started ...

* I had provided all required documents on which your team approved home loan...
* The Home Loan was disbursed looking at all parameters..
* The executive collected 4 PDC and an ECS activation Form for DHFL and from AXIS Bank... (I was informed DHFL team take 3 months for ECS activation.
Till now all OK in life...
And the inefficient team of DHFL had started actions...

* Once PDC got over someone who is an executive called me up and informed "Sir your ECS is not activated due to some technical reasons" (what that technical reason he must be knowing)
Again I needed to follow same procedure 3 PDC and an ECS form ...
And again same drama till PDC was over...
This is the third time I had given PDC and signed ECS form But...
Here I was alert as I could smell the team of inefficient people you have...

* I PERSONALLY went along with your executive to my Bank and get my signature authentication from General Manager Axis Bank (Mr. Darshan Lakhwani[protected]
* This time again I gave 3 PDC and a signed form of ECS with Authentication by BM with expectations that all set...

I forgot that I hand it over to "DUMBOS" of DHFL..

And again after 3 months while PDC got over same drama ...

*I was told your ECS form is rejected by parent branch saying signature mismatched...
# How can it be as with same sign 9 PDC were cleared
# ECS form was authicated by GM Axis Bank.
# I was asking the enrollment no at DHFL and nine was able to give...

The more is...

* I am getting at least 3 audio calls reminding me for ECS activation every week.
* I am getting at least 2 calls a day from collection department daily till I give a cheque of EMI.
* I am getting at least 2 calls for week between 15-30 of each month for sending someone to activate my ECS (Evey time I have agreed upon to cooperate and NONE HAS YET TURNED UP)
They say these calls are recorded for quality purpose and, , I am pretty confused ...
What the ... It's quality purpose...
I have cried all above detail to all customer care executive and all collection department colleague (you can very well verify that so called quality purpose recording even if you have (I am sure it's fake none does so)
You can check all records as they have said we are putting in on record (To my opinion they are not doing so)

Now at last on 31st May I could come across someone named Mr. Jaya Chandran who ensured me some will address the issue on 3rd June and get all documents signed so I should be ready with 3 PDC and to be available to my office. .
I strictly followed it and remained at office. You might be a BIG BOSS handling billions of RS. Finance at the same time I'm also working at the capacity of Vice President of a company a small person BUT YEAS IM THE VICE PRESIDENT WHO TAKES CARE OF CUSTOMER NOT LIKE YOUR TEAM.
I cancelled all my external meeting and remaiend in office to get the issue sorted out...

AND WITH NO SURPRISE NONE FROM DHFL TURNS UP AS EXPECTED...
YOUR BUNCH OF IDIOTS HAVE NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMER AND HIS TIME.

So I rang up again to Mr. Jaya and he put me to Mr. Rushabh and as per him...

* He is new to the system.
* He needs to understand the issue well.
* He ensured he would send the candidate for documents on 10 June without fail.
* This time DHFL team would not let me down...

And...
* DHFL team is made for letting customer down only.
* DHFL team is the worst team in the industry.
Again ...
* I cancelled my appointment trusting on Mr. Rushabh (check Google there is iphex in Ahmedabad and I had an appointment with some manufacturer there)
And as a routine I found NONE attended me till 6 p.m. on 10th June which was again expected from inefficient people of DHFL... (Sorry to say I have started doubting on leadership now)
I called up again on DHFL no of Mr. Jay and I was put to Ms. Seema and the same story repeated...
* She is new to system
* Mr. Rushabh had a genuine issues so he is on leave .(Is your bank system driven or an individual driven?)
* I would personally take care and would call you.
* I was put to one more colleague Mr. Jaya by Ms. Seema to explain entire issue again which I did and he said he is senior to Ms. Seema and as per Ms. Seema he is not Senior to her.(They are playing this way to customer over phone like this)
* My collection executive would get your documents signed

All Rubbish...

* None called me for ECS till 4 p.m. yesterday.
* Mr. Ashok Patel called me at 11 a.m. for EMI collection cheque. And he was given the same as usual .(Sorry to say since last three times I need to pay penalty for cheque collection with nine of my fault) and not shown in your receipt (only once shown)
* At 5 p.m. I got a call from Mr. Ashok Patel asking me that Do I also need ECS form to be signed?

I got shocked ...
What the hell is going on. While asking him I came to know he had got the mail by 4 only that I also needed that help...

What the...

Since last 8 months I have been crying for the same. Every time it's recorded with so called quality purpose. Everytime some record has been put in as my issue. Everytime I was ensured by your so called customer management team ...

You people feel...
*I am a NUT?
*I am a small person having g just 30 Lac home loan as you are busy for customers having Billions of RS loan and they want you to declare you as one of the most currupted bank...
* I am the free person and having no job then listening to DHFL bank inefficient Customer Service Team...

I am sorry that your bank failed to address Customer...

I have personally visited your branch at Ahmedabad at Parimal Garden and explained all above...
Everytime I have explained the same to each customer care officer over phone..
Everytime I had cooperated to All...

As a result...
I had got frustration and nothing else...
And by writing you I'm mentally prepared for one more frustration as usual...

Why should I not file a case against your bank for mental harasement?

Check my records as I m a regular and no defaulter payer...

And your team is complete failure to address Customer query...
