Hi DHML Team,
I was Home loan holder in DHFL since last 3 years My loan account no. is 3473.visiting since 21 march for the closure of my Home loan but due to the Locking period and 31st march ending my cheq cleared on 12th April which is almost 17 days delayed.
Now got the response from Thane office that OG documents and closure letter will give post 15 days which is not acceptable, at least in this part i was expect some co operation from DHFL team since allready i lost 17 days of time due to the 31st march ending closure.
i have some other commitment but my plannings are getting disturbed hence please arrange to treat this request on priority.
