Dear sir I took a home loan from dhfl august 2018 and after some time dhfl has transferred my loan in india bulls regarding which i have received the email as well letter from india bulls at much higher interest rate inspite of that i kept quite and when i called on the dhfl customer care they are not working and after that i approached their branch in netaji subash place then they told me the same thing that your loan has transferred in india bulls so you to contact to india bulls for further queries. In march 2020 the emi has deducted from my bank and then after that there was lockdown was started due to covid-19 after that moratorium was given by all banks i. E a relaxation of emi for next 3 months. In april i have contact india bulls to option moratorium and also i have received the confirmation from them. Suddenly on 13.04.2020 i had received a message from dhfl that your emi will be debited from your account on 15th april2020 regarding which i had send an email on 13.04.2020 to them against which i have received an email from dhfl on 24.04.2020 in which they mentioned the same thing to me that your loan has transferred to india bulls. Now today (10.05.2020) i have received an email from dhfl that your emi has bounced on 15th april.2020 and now you have to pay the bounce charges as well penalty No now i want to file a legal complaint against dhfl.
