Dear Sir I am one of existing customer in your Boisar branch A/c No 00000560. In my dhfl earlier download option of repayment schedule / Provisional IT certificate for current year / account statement is available but now i checked there is no option. Why you removed this option don't know might be possible that you want to collect some hidden amount from us . How we come to know what is our monthly outstanding amount if we want to repay the partly loan. So requesting you give us all the services which you are given previously such as our account statement/repayment schedule/provision

I am also facing same issue, I am trying from last 2 days, sent email also, but I did not get any response form the customer care, as you guys are not working on weekends. I need the provisional certificate on urgent basis, I have submit to employer by today at any cost
