Please note that i am doing continuous follow up from last 2+ months for my premature fixed deposit amount, which i have not received yet. I have no appropriate response from them, is this the way you treat your loyal customers we invest money in your bank & you guys cheat us... Your toll free number doesn't work & the escalation authorities also doesn't respond to emails except the person called Rajesh S with same statement... I have so many times requested to refund my amount. Kindly let me know where & whom i should contact for my refund, kindly provide me the name & contact number, otherwise legal action with complaints on the higher authorities of DHFL. Is this the right thing to do? Is this the reputation of your company.
