[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Not returning the dues

I applied for home loan to DHFL bank and I cancelled the loan also because which was said, was not followed. The EMI of Rs 25, 845 (cheque no.-592545)was deducted before disbursing the loan in my account. My two cheque were encashed without any prior information to me.It was told that loan interest rate would be 9.55 but it was 10.02 on the paper. I was assured that the receipt of paid fee of Rs. 16, 400 would be sent via mail but it is not sent till today. It is requested many times to return all my documents and fee (six cheque, Rs. 16, 400 and the documents of property and mine ) but no action is taken on my requests and the bank is asking the details which are not provided to me i. e- loan account no., branch of my registered email id etc. again and again not returning my dues.
