Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Online statements of account option missing and not able to see repayment schedule

My loan code is 1670. On trying to access details through https://www.dhfl.com/my-dhfl most of the options like repayment schedule options & provisional certificate is missing. How to get this and repayment schedule options? Customer care number or email is not responding either.

Going by DHFL reputation I wonder what hidden activity is being done to harass by not disclosing user data.
