Dear Team,

My name is shenbagamoorthy I have applied Home loan to you with PMAY application and at the time of sanction process some credit manager called me to my number for personal discussion and he asked my details for loan sanction I explained and asked about PMAy scheme and explained to him this is my first property for my family then he told you are eligible for PMAy scheme got sanction on 20/06/2018 and loan got disbursed on 25/07/2018 your sales person told that you will get subsidy in 3 to 4 months now almost 4 months over then I enquired in Kodambakkam office they are telling at the time of sanction your PMAY scheme not processed. Now what I want to do pls help to solve the issue very worst service by credit manager who sanctioned my loan. and keep on trying to reach customer care there is no proper responds and i walkin to kodambakkam branch they request to submit the document again for PMAY so i submitted the same on 04.02/2019 again 4 months gone.
