Hi team,

PMAY Is not credited to my account and when i write you say its forwarded to a team and no further response on that.
You are charging a very high interest for me and when i am aaking for a reduction as I am effected by COVID Panademic you are saying you will not reduce ROI.
SHOULD THE CUSTOMER DIE BY PAYING HIGH AMOUNTS.
The whole coutry is looking at ways to survive and RBI asked you to help customers and you are not doing your bit.
If I dont get a resolution I will escalate.

DHFL is least bothered about customers plight and also not adding PMAY to eligible accounts. What is DHFL doing with these funds?
If they are nit bothered about customers why are they in busines?
