This has reference to your complaint bearing no. [protected] registered with Reserve Bank Of India for the loan facility availed by you under Account No. PR00688895. We would like to clarify as under. You had taken a loan from DHFL and your loan rate is linked to their PLR. We have no power to either increase or decrease interest rates. Your loan is a contract with DHFL and any interest rate change, restructuring etc can only be made by them. If they advise us we will make the changes in your loan account accordingly.
