Updated by Kiran.Salunke What a great reply from DHFL and after that no response... pl refer trails mails from DHFL
They dont want to take any action against there employees, just want to frustrate customers.
Now bank is taking 10% interest we are asking our amount back with same rate of interest after that no response from anyone.

Its cancelled by my request, I have not given any application for cancellation.
DHFL was not able to disburse loan within two months after agreement and because of that reason owner has cancelled agreement and asked original documents back which has given back by DHFL over call not by mail or any application.

This is not the case, DHFL panvel branch has shared one cancellation letter but in that letter wordings are not correct.
They have mentioned that loan is cancelled as per my request which is not the case as you know.
Also i have checked for refund with shared letter by DHFL but they told me using thus letter they will not refund stamp duty thats the reason i am asking for letter with actual reason or remove work as per my request.

I am asking same from DHFL on letter head for my stamp duty refund but Panvel / Belapur branch manager's refused this & he Panvel branch manager asked me to take legal action.
I am trying to reach everyone by calls or messages but no one is responding because of this incident already loosed so much money and don't want to loose 6.2 lacs stamp duty..
I hope you will understand my situation and I really appreciate your help.
