As per trail mail, the agent (DSA) as well as DHFL employee Mr. Sandeep told me to share the processing fees cheque against dhfl name.

If your case not approved then we will refund your amount back.

Now am not getting any amount after so many followup.

This mean they will make customer fool.

Request you to please do the needful

Dear Sir/Madam

hey I m Anurag Arya apply a loan against property in DHFL in march 2016 after few week your excutive Mr. Sandeep from NSP branch call me... about loan..
they demand me some document like property paper with map, two year ITR, Bank statement.. then after one week Mr.sandeep said me u also give Cheque to me of amount of 5725/- (five thousand seven hundred twenty five only) Favour of DHFL on 19/05/2016 and then my Cheque will cleared on 2705/2016 Cheque no 771955.
After few days they said me your bank statement is so week and we cleared your loan for charging 2 percent extra...after clearing my cheque we can not refund your amount & they also misplace my property map also...That's means your DHFL company making fool with customers...

pls refund my cheque amount and document ...
