Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — statements of account and provisional certificate download option to be provide in my dhfl login

I am one of existing customer in your vashi branch branch mumbai. My account no 00001859.in my dhfl login, earlier i am able to download accounts statement and provisional certificate, but now i am not able to see report option to download the documents. Why it is not showing in my login, i sent multiple emails to [protected]@dhfl.com but no reply.
Why you removed these document details from customer portal?
Kindly make correction display in summary and account statement option in my dhfl web.
Please respond me on my register email id.
