No reply has been received or information thereof for the restructuring request.
This is an urgent request regarding loan numbers 00000098 and [protected], on repeated requests, bank visits, personal meetings no status update has been provided for the RBI Restructuring 2.0. Attaching the mail thread for your reference.
As per RBI guidelines

(vi) The restructuring of the borrower account is invoked by September 30, 2021. For this purpose, the restructuring shall be treated as invoked when the lending institution and the borrower agree to proceed with the efforts towards finalising a restructuring plan to be implemented in respect of such borrower. The decisions on applications received by the lending institutions from their customers for invoking restructuring under this facility shall be communicated in writing to the applicant by the lending institutions within 30 days of receipt of such applications. The decision to invoke the restructuring under this facility shall be taken by each lending institution having exposure to a borrower independent of invocation decisions taken by other lending institutions, if any, having exposure to the same borrower.
(vii) The restructuring of the borrower account is implemented within 90 days from the date of invocation.

The decision to grant/reject the dispensation shall be communicated in writing to borrowers within 30 days from receipt of application.
Grievance,
As application was made on 20th, September and 25th, September 2021 [ before the advertised deadline ]. No communication was received which is a mandatory condition as per the RBI guidelines. Kindly let us know what is causing this significant delay.
According to the credit department of Mr. Laxman Vishwakarma, since DHL has been taken over by Piramal (which itself is an NBFC) there is no resolution plan. I have been harassed repeatedly by asking for only one due to EMI and falsely promised if paid Restructuring 2.0 will be done. On request to meet the manager in charge, request denied. I am ready to pay that due EMI also if assurance is given.
90 days deadline ends on 25th December 2021. I have suffered great losses both in life and business. Yet not even a day's delay has been done since February 2021. I have produced GST returns, Hospital Bills, Death Certificates of my brother ( family solely dependent ). This has caused grave anxiety
I have enquired from customer care, visited the bank, met in person with executives but replies are not sufficient.
We have made the restructuring request by first visiting the bank on 20th September 2021 and submitting all the required documents in physical format to Pawan Pandey ( pawan.[protected]@dhfl.com) and a Physical inspection was completed by Ankush Garg (ankush.[protected]@dhfl.com) on 25th/September/2021.
Restructuring application numbers: 00997512 and 01449436.
Kindly grant the required relief. Otherwise, I might have to approach the consumer forum/court for this matter as per denial of service.
