Dhani — Failed transaction refund not given after 10 Days Passed

Dear team

This is to inform you that my registered email id number is [protected]@gmail.com in the name of raju Mukherjee. I done two tranction on dated 27th May 2022 one is amount of Rs.116 and another is 105 .My both of tranction is not successful but my amount got debited.When i make the tranction it's show the message "Processing your request please wait".I wait here for one hours but nothing happened.
Please find the attachment of payment confirmation here I pay through UPI.

Kindly do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.I talk to many time on twitter but Mr.Swaran not given the resolution on given time farme.

Thanks for your response. My another concern is also in Dhani Store related my order no EP3756418, EP4020487 or EP3813538 not given and tracking numder till date . I order 26 May 2022 its already 11th days passed .Kindly check into the matter

This is to inform you that i have place the order no. EP5649575 amount of Rs.500. The above order is done successfully and give the order id EP5649575 but now the above order show the message Failed. And when refund is credited Rs.450 But i pay for 500 through bank. When i call support team they said dhani store credit Rs.50 on my Dhani cash but its wrong . When i paid through bank Rs.500 why you are not refund my full amount on my bank.For your Dhani cash use purpose i purchase dhani membership its cost for Rs.500 apporx why i pay for this .Kindly check into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.
