Dhani — Not processing refund of missing item as well as waste product not replaced

Not happy with the services of DHani. You didnt reply for missing items. The details of the missing products are as under

Dabur Honeytus hotship Ayurvedic Kaadha (4gm each) MRP.Rs. 300

Dettol sensitive liquid handwash - 200 ml. MRP.90

For which Dhani have to refund me total Rs. 390/-

No refund issued from your end till date why???? I have complained so many times but no proper response was received from your side.

Further return generated but not pick it up for following items.

Further for the returnable items they just generated return pickup but no anyone came to me to pick it up. The details of the returnable item are as under

But your delivery partner neither picked it up nor contacted me. Kindly provide a proof if they give wrong statement and cancel the pick up of the items

After so many communication you didnt reply me properly this kind of poor services cant be acceptable at all.

Kindly look seriously in to the matter and refund me my money back.
