Saw an Ad of Dhanista group recently in Mumbai Mirror, Wanted to know about the credentials of the builders, are they genuine. Does the builder have any completed project.. planing to book a flat in chembur ..anyone who has information on this plz help.

i had visited their office a while ago, recently they have 3 completed projects, 2 in Pune & 1 in Mangalore. In Mumbai they had constructed a single building somewhere in kalyan but years back. hope this was of some help :)
i too have invested huge amount in dhanista group, since our relations with the company are good since 2011 we have not faced any issues as such. on basis of our experience with this company i feel It's a genuine company.
Thanks jain. i am interested in investing in this company but was a bit hesitant after reading some comments. some of them are posted long back & cannot make out if it is resolved or not & some are from fake ids. since one cannot rely on such sites, i would be personally visiting their office for the same & would suggest everyone to do the same.
i have a good rapo with the builders since 3.5 yrs. The company is offering me a home that fits my budget & at good locations, so i need not compromise on the location nor cost, but i need to adjust with the possession delay which i don't mind because there is no builders offering at this low price & good location in mumbai
due to some emergency i had to cancel my booking, so far i have received half payment, the rest is still pending which will hopefully be cleared in this 6 months time.

booked 2 flats in ghatkopar in 2013 .. the project has delayed a lot but got in a very low price & since its investment purpose there is no problem.
then whey they are not refunding the amount since i cancelled it a year back...check with them...they are cheaters
