[Resolved] Dhanunjaya Travels — Ticket No: DBRS2664501 not refunded yet | |||
I was booked ticket from Hyderabad to vizag (vishakapatnam) for 31-OCT-2013 with Dhanunjaya Travels . Dhanunjaya Travels cancelled the bus service for that day with unknown reasons. Dhanunjaya Travels assured me that money will be refunded with in 7 working days but still i haven't received my amount Rs: 3000/-. 2:It is always been delayed for more than 4hrs.
3:This bus is very congested, doesn't even proper maintained .You feel omitting sensation when you step in.
4:For your information timings they mentioned on line 6:45 pm to 7am but bus reaches after 10am only (Hyd to vizag).
5: Now a days RTC bus is well maintained than this.
