[Resolved] DHFL — Asking to take Insurance product about Rs.66000/-? | |||
I applied plot cum Construction loan in DHFL On 6/6/2014 at the time of applying they said we will sanction your loan within 15 days.I submitted each and every document which they asked in time only.Iam regularly pursuing them to sanction my loan to day 19/6/2014 they are saying you need to buy insurance product worth Rs.66000/-.at the time of my application they said they are not collecting any other fee except processing fee i.e.1% on sanctioned loan.I agreed. Now they are saying that it is mandatory to take the insurance other wise we will not sanction your loan. my agreement period is over now.what should i do.if they don't make false promise.i would have organise money to register my plot.is it correct.
