DHFL — Cheque not accepting to clear my Site loan[protected]

Dear Sir I have requested your branch concern to clear my Site loan which bare loan account number[protected] by giving cheque with worth of 4.3lakhs, but they are not accepting the cheque by telling reason year end activity etc, so they have suggested to come on 02.04.15 to clear the formalities, from my side I have requesting you to make avoid EMI which falls in April month-2015, pls do me favour with your kindly support to avoid above regards.
