Dear Sir/madam, I am Asha Rahul Shivkar, I had applied for Mortgage Loan in month Of September/octomber 2014 and I had received massage on 29/11/2014 & 13/12/2014 for inquiry ID is IDBRSC 1051279 & IDBRSC 1073710 that I will not be able to get Loan and they will return my 5000/- processing fees in 1 Months time. But still i have not received the same. Mr. prasad gangan told me you contact with DHFL directly. This type nonsense, meaning less suggestion we are suffered This is your service ? & why should give promises to customer Kindly look in to the matter and return my funds ASAP. Your Executive Name :Prasad Gangan.(From Thane Branch)
