DHFL — Misguiding DHFL staff for releasing of payment

Ear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding my Appl. no. 01106744 & File No.[protected], I have been sanctioned housing loan (purchase + construction) of Rs . 8 Lacks from DHFL.
I would like to say that as per agreement 80% of amnt to be paid through loan amnt of DHFL and 20% will be born by us. They had committed to pay 60% (Rs. 480000) of total loan amnt for purchase of plot that has been sanctioned. Balance loan amnt remains Rs. 320000. After that they told us that they will pay 33% of balance loan amnt on completion of DPC lavel and 37% on shuttering lavel (without roofing) and balance 30% completion of flooring and wall and roof fininshing. But we received payment of 1 lack only on DPC lavel, But my actual expense was Rs. 160000 any how. Second payment was not issued on shuttering lavel as committed. when asked to Mr. Jagdish Kumar of DHFL Branch Ferozgandhi Market Ludhiana, they clearly said that payment will be issued after roofing (LANTER) due to loan amount is very less. We have done processing of roofing on 2nd of Spetember, 15, After that they have not visited the sight for inspection for 4 to 5 days. They have done their inspection on 7th sep, 15. and promised that payment will be done with in 2 days. On 11th sep they informed us that they need FARD which is missing. We are very surprised that since starting they have not demanded any kind of FARD even on first construction payment they have not demanded FARD. They have never asked for FARD. We have paid Rs. 3000 to Mr. Jagdish for LEAN MARK then why they are asking FARD from us. But now when we have arranged FARD and submitted in DHFL

We have already occurred expenses Rs. 350000 after DPC completion lavel. We have occured total expense on construction Rs 410000.till completion of rooffing (LANTER)
And the expenses are still running. We have already requested several times to let us know the amount to be issued now, but they are not giving us a satisfactory answer and not making clear about the amount and neither they are confirming the value of construction as per DHFL.


Your staff does not know the complete procedure of payment to be made. there are different opinion among your staff. some are asking that payment should be done before rooffing and some after rooffing. If we are supposed to pay before roofing then we have taken the Rs1 lac on intrest for roofing which we can be least saved.

Now we request you to issue the balance payment at the earliest. and kindly action should be initiated against the staff who misguided us
