MY LOAN APPLICATION NO IS[protected], MY LOAN HAS BEEN SANCTION BY YOU, BUT THE SAME TIME RAJNEESH IS COLLECT PROCESSING FEE BY CASH THROUGH ME AND ALSO YOU HAVE PRESENTED EMI IN MY ACCOUNT ON 12/06/14. WITHOUT ANY DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN. HOW COULD YOU DO THAT WITHOUT ANY DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN OR WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION TO ME. IN THIS REGARD, WE AGAIN CONFIRM YOU THAT I HAVE SPOKE TO YOUR COSTUMER CARE AND LOAN PROCESS OFFICER. BUT HE TOLD ME THAT WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT SHORTLY. BUT AT PRESENT YOU ARE NOT REFUND ANY PAYMENT AS SUCH TO ME. SO PLEASE REFUND MY ALL PAYMENT REGARDING MY LOAN WITHIN 03 WORKING DAYS. I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU FOR THE SAME.
