DHFL — Plot Loan death claim settlement - reg

My Sister by name Yaddanapudi jyothi has taken a plot loan in Guntur, andpradesh India and also had insurance against it, She got expired on 8-8-2020 . Insurance amount was released for around 9.37 lacs which went to he principal outstanding. Now the people at guntur branch still asking to pay about around 4 lacs for documents release, . the loan account number is 1401279 in guntur ap india. They are in pathetic condition and very poor people and could not bear to pay that amount. In this time of crisis they wish to borrow 50% of amt to get the documents please look into the issue and close the same to save them
