Dear Sir I am one of existing customer in your Borivali branch Mumbai A/c No 00002138. In my dhfl earlier download option of repayment schedule / Provisional IT certificate for current year / account statement is available but now i checked there is no option. Why you removed this option don't know might be possible that you want to collect some hidden amount from us . How we come to know what is our monthly outstanding amount if we want to repay the partly loan. So requesting you give us all the services which you are given previously such as our account statement/repayment schedule/provision IT certificates etc. This facilities is important to us.
