DHL Cargo Packers And Movers — lost helmet still I have not received any amount as agreed by manager

Hi team,

Recently i shipped my bike (Discover) from bangalore to mysore along with its helmet. I got the bike however they lost the helmet.

I did not expected this from dhl cargo, then i immediately called manager vijender singh and told him to refund the amount for helmet. He agreed to give amount eod (1st november 2018), still i have not received any amount.

When ever i call him he is telling different story.

Could you please look into this on priority. Call me to the below number for ant details
