DHL Cargo Packers And Movers Complaints & Reviews

3 days ago my Bike and washing machine has been picked up i.e[protected] and when I called on[protected] they said it was already transported on the road, and they gave me the delivery date i.e[protected] EOD at the destination address.

Now today i.e[protected] I called them multiple times and non-of them are responded and finally, someone attended the call almost after 15 to 20 calls and they said it's still in Bangalore...

I booked DHL for shifting my goods from one city to other. They insisted me to pay token amount even though my date is not finalized. Suddenly my transfer postponed initially they said they will return token amount but now they are talking so reckless as there is no business from my end and they don't want to return any amount....

I booked for home shifting from chennai to pune on 20th nov with a assurance of 1 week delivery by the executive with consignment no.5386. Executive informed all charges including loading, unloading and ac dismantling but both loading and unloading time they asked extra money i paid 2500rs at the time of loading which they agreed they will take care of insurance. When the consignment reached my home, big big rats are running out of my packages...

Recently i shipped my bike (Discover) from bangalore to mysore along with its helmet. I got the bike however they lost the helmet.

I did not expected this from dhl cargo, then i immediately called manager vijender singh and told him to refund the amount for helmet. He agreed to give amount eod (1st november 2018), still i have not received any amount.

My self Kranthi Kumar, I have opted for DHL Cargo Packers and Movers for shifting my House Hold items from Chennai(TN) to Vizayanagaram(AP). While delivery I seen many of my items got damaged in transport. I have opted for Insuarnce for my House Hold Items like Telivision, Refigerators, Air Conditioners, Dining etc., .

But while I am trying to claim the same for the damaged products...

I had booked dhl cargo packers and movers delhi on 29/03/15 for delivering my house hold stuff from bahadurghar haryana to bhatinda panjab. The packers did not make the delivery even on full payment as per the contract. Neither did they deliver the complete stuff that was picked from my house nor did they unload the goods.
The customer service desk responded very rudely upon my reporting of the issue.
