Dear DHL,
It's been more than a week since my shipment landed at Bangalore customs. Since then I am contacting DHL customer care and CSA team for the clearance everyday. They are asking for new documents everyday and I'm clueless since this is the first time I'm importing on behalf of my company.
There was not one customer care or CSA team communication initiated from your end. Every time I contact Customer care they are directing to a new procedure. The CSA team is another mess up. It seems like I have mastered the process than your reps. Please streamline the process and advice your representatives to be aware of it.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE IS THIS ALL HEADING AND WHEN MY SHIPMENT WILL BE DELIVERED?
