I got a letter from post office to go collect a parcel & to pay them Rs1000 to receive the parcel. When i opened the parcel i was shocked to see it was rules & check list director should follow(outdated). This was completely useless as i have soft copy in my computer & it freely available online. They would not take back the parcel too.
