[Resolved] Digaaz.com — cheating | |||
sir, i ordered Mont blanc pen from digaaz.com after 7-8 days i received the product and i paid the cash... and it was faulty..so i had contact with website they arranged reshipment and i reshipped product.. after that when they send replacement that was different in color than they told me.. then gain i had contact with them..again they reshipped product.. they received the product... they placed new order about new pen and gave me order no but they did not send me shipment details.. so now when i called them for asking about my order they said that they don't have such order no.. i've already paid for that pen.. kindly look into the matter...
