[Resolved] Digaaz — paid for a bag, got it replaced with another bag, did not get my replacement bag | |
I placed an order for a bottega bag. I tried cancelling my order right after placing it but the agent said it is'nt possible to cancel. She said you can return the bag when you get it and we will send you another replacement bad. So I placed an order for the gucci bag as a replacement.
I paid cash to the person who came to deliver, but I never got my delivery bag back. Basically you guys have taken the money and not sent the bag.
I would like to have my replacement bag with me or my money refunded on the card I paid from before I go ahead and take this matter to the police and file a complaint legally.
