Digaaz — Poor quality of dosa, poor service

I suman sourav is regular customer of your dosa plaza, but today I went your munger branch I order 6 paneer masala dosa and 1 mini itli. He serve me dosa without sambhar chatni. After sometime he told me rudely i don't have coconut chatni, then I asked him why you don't say early .this bad service never got in your perimise. No one is even asked for something I have to stand up and i have to go in serving area I have to take by my own
