[Resolved]  Digit Magazine — Sep 2016 Magazine not delivered

I pre-booked a copy of the Digit magazine on 31st August through the digit website, and got the confirmation email that the copy was ordered successfully. I waited for a few days and there was no reply so emailed my concern. The very next day they said that they too don't know the status and the dispatch details and will let me know once they dispatch it. After 2 more days they sent me an email with the dispatch details of the copy, ie., the courier name, tracking website and the tracking number. So I kept tracking it everyday since it was already late and finally I saw that it got dispatched to some person on their tracking site. I was shocked and contacted Digit help-desk immediately, and they said that they have forwarded my complaint to the courier person and they will reply me soon.

It has been few days since I got this email and there has been no reply or any action taken. I don't understand Digit being a technology brand, need to keep its brand name, instead this kind of a service will only degrade it's brand name and value. I initially thought to take the annual subscription, but God saved me from doing this and losing my money and time. I still have have some hope that Digit will do justice to its customers.
