Digit Magazine — Pre Booked copy of DIGIT Dec 2014 Magazine never delivered.

Hi, I have pre booked the December 2014 copy of Digit Magazine online for Rs 199/- from their website on 28-Nov-2014. On 3-Dec-2014, I have received e-mail from digit saying that the copy has been dispatched by Professional Couriers with Tracking AWB No: KUR[protected]. My Subscription code: B003434 I have tracked it in the Professional Couriers website: http://www.tpcindia.com After 15 days also nothing got delivered to me. Then I contacted Digit's customer support. They said its already delivered to my address. But I didn't got anything. Then I given the Courier tracking number to them and asked them to check the status on the Professional Courier website. It was "ON TRANSIT". Then they replied to me that they apologize for the inconvenience and dispatching a replacement copy immediately. Next day I asked them to provide Courier tracking details. They replied to me that the replacement copy has been dispatched by Professional Couriers with Tracking AWB No: KUR[protected]. If there is issue with Professional Couriers then why they dispatched with that courier again? I waited 10 more days. Again the same thing happened. Nothing got delivered to me. I am still waiting. They are cheating customers by attractive "Pre-Book Get Discount" offers. I am from Kochi. My location have all of the couriers services. If the courier is not getting delivered, then they are not sending to the right address. I have contacted the courier customer support and they told me that the courier is in Transit and they don't know where the courier package is.! Never buy online from Digit. If you want buy from a store. I have ordered many copies previously online but now they started cheating I think. Please take action against this fraud. I have lost money and time.
