ear Sir, I am xxxx would like to bring to your notice that H.No. 9-123, Venkateswara Nagar, Opp Sairam Theather property tax due details. this house suituated opp sairam theather and belong to Late Ms. K. Mangamma & Late V. Lakshmibai New PTIN No. [protected] Old P Tin/Asmt No. [protected] with 150 Yards with Ground and First Floor this house holders Late Ms. K. Mangamma & Late V. Lakshmibai has been expired in 2007 and they are unmarried and they dnt have any family members they are alone and their property house has been occupied by the tenants who are now residing in the House from 2001 till date without paying the Property Tax of Rs. 139000/ - Approx and the rent also not paying and they are mis utilising water connection by cutting the water pipe line which has gone through the under ground from that flat to the resident of the other flat and they are mis utilising the water by wasting the water and every day both the tenants fights each other and making nuisance and disturbing others. one more point i would like to bring to your notice that ground floor of this house has been already seized by the MRO Official Mr. Krishna Tashildhar in 2008 after the death of Ms. K. Mangamma & Late V. Lakshmibai but the tenants who occupied the house has been opened the seal and they are illlegally using the total house and both the tenants fight each other that the building belongs to them and creating problem to others who residing that flat . so request you sir to kindly do the needful and take necessary action and take that property of late Ms. K. Mangamma & Late V. Lakshmibai under government action or seiz that property for not paying the property tax. Hence I request commissioner once to visit the site and take the necessary action or send the GHMC official to surrender the property. awaiting for your early action. Note: This compliant has been already taken to GHMC but that their no response from there end till date and after finding the status we have found that this compliant has been closed by Mr. Penta Reddy (Bill Collector) and mr. Mirza Rahmathullah Baig (Property Tax Inspector). and we have also booked complaint manually by submitting the letter in malkajgiri Muncipality office receiption / Inward but itill now we there is no response from their end. kindly do the needfull as early as possible .
