Despite court orders a parking fees is being charged at DLF Avenue mall, saket. I was charged rs 100 for 5 hours parking...

Hi I have booked Dlf alameda Gurugram .plot NA 1 D with booking amount of inr 10 lakhs ..
I am not satisfied with the information shared at the time of booking and provided in the contract, also the way sales team communicate is complete breach of trust and transparency
Pls guide to cancel the booking and get the refunds ....

Worst road condition, waterlogging, lot of potholes .

There is continous water stagnation in tbe drain outside L-31/6, Dlf - 2, Gurugram.
Requests made to residents, builder, caretaker of the plot but to no avail....

This is to bring to your notice- that we have recently rented out a house in Dlf Phase 1- its address being- C2/13.

Our renovation process is currently going on and we were willing to redo the ramp entrance/ make certain changes to it- due to faulty drainage practices and wrongly inclined slope - that leads to major water clogging in the entrance of our house gate.

I had visited the DLF Rajarhat office (DLF IT park 2, dlf sez block 1A, rajarhat) on 5th August 2021 for some work at Ericsson office.

The entire entry process took around 40 mins, when I had already shared the details and approval. I told them repeatedly my job location is in Noida and I have come here for some urgent work. Meanwhile, the behavior of the gate staffs were not at all good.

We Would like to Inform that We are resident of V30/11, DLF Phase III since Nov 2005. And Paying Maintenance charges to DLF Estate Management Regularly. Till 2010 We have Never Faced any Drainage Problem in Monsoons. But since 2011 During Monsoons. Our Road is Completed Flooded and since 2012 Water use to start Entering Our House around 1 ft and 5 ft Outside the House.

Matter was communicated in Writing to DLF Estate Management...

the tanker did not reach at 11 am as was told by the dept.
There is half connection in lane s/53 our's is connection problem our connection is with s/54 which is wrong
s-53/27 till s-53/32 no proper connection with main direct straight s /53 lane so no water from last so many months action asap should be taken please check and confirm and help us...

I would like to register a complain about the escalator facility near U Block, DLF Phase 3. It has been a long time that all the escalators have been shut due to some unknown reason.
It is my humble request to you to resume their operation as it is quite understandable that we need to maintain social distance which cannot be maintained in lifts.

Water supply in this area is very little or no supply on particular days . Water supply is for just 30mins in a day . 10-15 minutes during morning and 10-15 minutes in evening . Water demand of the residence can't be met with the supply currently. To meet the demand we have to contact tanker mafia which charge hefty amount on single tanker with very low quality water. This problem should be taken up by dlf or concerned government authority...

It is submitted that the H-12 lane of H-Block, DLF Ph-1 is lying open on the side of ridge behind H-12 lane. Due to this there has been regular thoroughfare between Champa Marg and ridge area. There has been regular movement o[censored]nwanted traffic, cattle and other animals in and out of H-Block. Also, unwanted people consume liquor and other toxic things and cross over from the ridge area towards H-Block creating nuisance and making the atmosphere...
