Dlf — Delay in issuance of Parking Allotment letter

I am an NRI and purchased a 3 BHK flat in DLF NTH 86, Gurgaon. I have paid up and have been chasing to get the allotment of additional parking that DLF was selling for the last 4 months now. DLF employees have been giving me different reasons and timelines for the allotment letter and finally pass on the buck to someone else. They have the final payment for more than a month now. What worst is no one responds to your emails/ calls. It’s absolutely irritating as a buyer to keep chasing with no responses and employees behaving as if you are at their mercy. Unprofessional and callous outlook.
