Water Supply is scant and complaints are not being recorded as telephone is not answered and when I go to personally record at the Community centre in DLF III these are not personally attended. Please take some action. Consumer Services have no direct number and have failed to take action there is a system failure in dealing with complaints. If position is so rotten in February what will happen in the coming summer needs some planning. Do not take water charges if you can not ensure water supply.
