Dear sir / madam,
I had made a purchase of Whiskas kitten food for which was charged alongwith the purchase of other items. The cost of the item was Rs.348/-, which was deducted from my account twice, and the quantity of item given to me was only 12 pcs. The order number to this item was 49713545.
Some days earlier when I was going through my SB account passbook for certain verifications, I noticed the discrepancy of being “charged double the amount” for the Whiskas kitten food.
On realizing the mistake I contacted the DMart helpline customer Number which is [protected]. My first complaint was dated 14/01/2022 for which I was given a complaint number 1413138. I was told by the telecaller executive that the financial department would be calling me, but unfortunately there was no revert from them.
I again called the same helpline number on the 27th or 28th January 2022, and they said that the complaint would be looked into on an urgent basis. This same thing was repeated once again to me on the 31/01/2022, which was my third call to the DMart helpline customer number.
I am attaching the photo of my SB passbook statement, as well as the invoice copy of the item purchased for your reference.
Please do look into the matter and do the needful.
